Thanks for your interest in our project. We’ve been at work on this project for over a year. We’ve completed all of the planning, engineering, permitting, etc.
We have a contractor that is now placing the actual fiber on the poles (and underground in some places). This should take about 2-months.
Next Steps:
-Installing electronic equipment that will power the internet connections.
-Splicing the fiber. This is a time consuming process and will take at least a couple of months.
We will update major milestones on this page as they progress.
Our plan is to light-up the fiber in phases from North to South so that we can begin customer installations before the project is 100% complete.
